Theory

To get the solution, as the description says, we have to shift that text however many letters to get the original message. If you don't get what I'm talking about, Caesar Cipher is basically a way to encode text, you just shift the letters and get some weird text. Basically, if you get a shift of 3, then A is D, B is E, ... X is A, and so on. So because we don't know what shift that text uses, we'll use an online caesar cipher tool to find what it might be.

So let's enter that in the online caesar cipher, and instead of a shift, let's just find out which shift it might be:
